This company is terrible if you are shopping from Canada.
I ordered ultimate items in February of 2021. I received shipping through DHL and a tracking number was given three weeks later. At the beginning of April the tracking number still said the item was not in transit.
I called and emailed the company and the representative said they’d send the entire order out again in a “rush” delivery.
Another 3 weeks goes by and I receive confirmation that the “package” was available. I went to my nearest Canada Post and low and behold there was a custom’s fee incurred...$35. The package was small and only contained the free gift from my order. The other $200 worth of product was no where to be found.
I called again and explained by disappointment. The new representative said the free gift and the rest of the order was shipped separately. Meaning I’ll incur ANOTHER customs fee. I did not ask for the items to be shipped separately and the company made the choice on their own.
It is now end of April 2021, no order arrived...I’m out $35 that they won’t refund due to their mistake in separating the shipment. I have asked for a refund and allegedly it is being processed - let’s see if they scam me out of that too.
So far so good. Although I dont understand why it takes so long after order to be shipped out and to receive. Other than that great selection and prices. Will def order from them again.
Don’t order from Adam male.com I’ve been waiting a month for my order and they claim they ship out the same day you order ! Full of Bs they just now sent me my tracking and it just says it’s been sitting at there wear house waiting for pick up for a month and when h email or call customer service is no help

Talked to a Supervisor and they apologized on behalf of the woman and said that there are people who check the recorded phone call lines, so that made me feel a lot better about the situation. I hope no one has a bad experience with the phone customer service like I did.

Talked to a rude lady on the 888 number, horrible woman. I was clearly trying to ask her why the order was cancelled and get information, wrong decision. She just gives me an "idk and calm down lady" and I told her I'm not upset i'm just asking a clear question. She was trying to obviously argue with me and said "it's only a $14 purchase." I wasn't even upset I just asked how it got cancelled and she kept saying "calm down it's not a big deal" blah blah. Like it's not a big deal but are you're going to tell me what happened wth? She wanted me to get mad or something, y'all need better customer service.
I emailed another customer service person and they told me that "even though it states in stock on website there is none available"
so I finally got my answer, thank you! However the person I talked to first still made my overall experience negative. I hope no one experiences the rudeness I received.
